Do you have any catalogs?
Yes, we have a complete 40 page full color Extreme
Dimensions catalog available. We also have a
Carbon Creations and a Truck/SUV catalog that can
be provided upon request. All catalogues are $5.
Existing wholesale distributors will receive
catalogs free of charge.

It
has been awhile since I ordered, what is going on?
Your order might be delayed for a few reasons.
Most likely is due to a back-order of one of the
products you ordered. If you have any questions
please give our customer service department a
call. Remember, we have a 95% fill rate on orders
which means most of our kits ship within 3
business days of being processed.

I do not see what I want online, can you guys
special order it?
If you do not see something you on our website, we
can possibly special order it for you. Please
contact our sales department and someone there
will be able to assist you.

I want to do a group buy, can I get a discount?
Yes, to set up a group by, you must first contact
our sales department and get details of the group
buy. We will provide you in detail of the prices
and what you need to do.

How
do I get a sponsorship?
For sponsorships, please contact our sponsorship
department by sending an email to sponsorship@extremedimensions.com.
Our sponsorship department will email you forms to fill out.
Once the applications are returned, we will review it and determine
the status for you request. Please do not call as we are
overwhelmed with requests every day.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you may set up a pick-up, or will call for
your order.

Can I mix-n-match a kit?
Yes, you can mix-match a kit and still receive a
full kit discount. For a price quote on a
mix-match kit, please contact our sales department
or you can simply mix and match your kit online
and receive a discount.

What kind of fiberglass do you guys use?
All our products are made with the highest quality
standards: Strong, durable, smooth surface, and
great fitment. If you want, some kits have
upgrades available also. Please ask your sales
reps for details.

Do you price match?
Our company strives to provide quality products at
affordable prices. We are mainly a wholesale
distribution company so our retail prices are set.
However, you may contact our sales department and
we can refer you to your nearest dealer for a
possible price reduction.

Why is the product I order suddenly on
back-order?
Back-orders occur very suddenly and often times
without prior notice. If the product you order was
not on back-order at the time you ordered, it does
not mean it will not go on back-order later on.

The product I got does not look exactly like
the way I see it in the pictures?
The cars we use in our ads are all custom show
cars. Due to the variety of custom modifications
done to them, the results may differ from the
pictures. As always, pictures are for illustration
purposes only. Generally speaking, the core styles
will be the same.

What if I get my product and I don’t like it,
can I return it?
If you received you product and you are not 100%
satisfied, simply repackage the product in its
original packaging, and return the product along
with the receipt within 5 days after you receive
it and we will give you a full refund of the
product price. No receipt, no refund.**

Do your products come with warranty?
All products come with a limited manufacture
warranty. The warranty covers shipping damages and
customer satisfaction. Shipping charges on non
refundable. Once the products have been altered in
any way, the warranty is voided.

Do
the side skirts/fenders come as a pair?
Yes, all side skirts and fenders come as a pair,
only.

Are
these products street legal?
Some of the products we provide are for off-road
use only. Please check with your local police
department for laws governing your area.

Do your kits come painted?
No, our kits do not come painted. Since the
possibility of different shades of each color, it
is almost impossible for us to color match your
car, when your car is not sitting in front of us.
Thus we recommend you take it to a professional
body shop to have the kits prepped, primed, and
painted.

I emailed you yesterday, why have I not
received a response?
Due to large amount of emails we receive each day,
we might not be able to respond immediately. We
treat all our customers the same, so we must
answer our emails as they come. Please allow us at
least 48 house to reply to all emails.

I left a message yesterday, but I have not
received a return call, why?

I want to set up a wholesale account, what
should I do?
Give our wholesale department at extension 4 a
call and request for an application for wholesale
accounts and ask for details. You will receive a
full price sheet and catalogs that are available.

I do not have a business check, what can I do?
To set up a wholesale account, you must be able to
show us that you have a financial business
account, such as a check, savings, or credit card
account. Account must be in the business name.

Why
is it more expensive to ship to a residence?
Majority of our shipping is delivered by a freight
truck. Due to the size of the trucks, the shipping
company prefers not to travel on smaller
residential roads. The shipping company thus
charges an additional charge whenever the
destination is to a residence.

Why can’t I get my shipping charges back?
All shipping charges are paid to the shipping
company, thus we do not return or refund any
shipping charges that has been used.

Do you provide COD?
No, all purchases are made on a pre-pay bases.
Orders must be paid in full before they get
processed.

I ordered two days ago, but I still have not
received my tracking number, why?
Tracking numbers are provided once the products
have been picked up by the shipping company. Only
after then, can we provide you with a tracking
number.

What do I do with the tracking number?
Please contact the shipping company and provide
them with the tracking number to find out exactly
where your products are.

The driver is at my door step, what should I
do?
Check the package and its contents for any major
damages. If the products are all there sign the
bill of lading. If any damages or problems are
found make note of it before signing. If you have
any questions or problems, please contact us.

Are your products insured during shipping?
Yes, all our products are insured during shipping.

How long is shipping?
Actual shipping time from our ware house to any
destination in the US is approximately 3-5
business days. The total shipping time can vary
according to the availability of the products
ordered. We have a 95% fill rate on orders so most
products leave our warehouse within 1-3 business
days.

Do you do any kind of express shipping?
Since all our shipping is done by freight, we do
not provide express shipping, simply because it is
too expensive.

How come I can not get a shipping quote for
Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere out of the U.S?
Simply because shipping to outside of the US
varies according to the destination. If you are
interested in getting a price quote, please
contact our sales department for an over the phone
quote. Be sure to have the full address ready. For
some international countries we can only ship to
your nearest port, so please have ready your
nearest port.

I received part of my order where is the rest?
Due to the possibilities of back order, some
orders will be fulfilled as the products come into
our warehouse. In such cases we will send what we
have first and send the rest later.

I got my order and I signed for the product,
but now I noticed there damages to it, can I
return it?
If at the time you received the products no signs
of damages were noted down on the delivery bill,
the products cannot be returned. Once the package
is received and signed as clear by you, our
insurance with the shipping company is voided. You
can however, make a claim with the shipping
company directly. This does not mean that you will
not get your claim, only that Extreme Dimensions
will no longer be responsible for your claim.

Do you guarantee fitment?
Due to the nature of fiberglass, we do not
guarantee fitment. All our products are made to
the closest OEM standards possible, but since they
are all hand made minor difference can occur. Also
with the vast possibilities of why products do not
fit perfectly, such as accidents, heat, poor
installation, etc, it is very difficult to
guarantee perfect fitment. We do however,
guarantee satisfaction on our products, so for any
reason you are not satisfied by what you ordered,
simply return it, and we will refund you the
product price in full.

Can you install the products for me?
Extreme Dimensions is strictly a distribution
facility. We do not do any kind of body work or
customization at our active site. However, you may
call us and we can help you through your
installation.

Why does my kit not fit perfectly?
Due to the nature of fiberglass, we cannot
guarantee fitment. All our products are made to
the closest OEM standards possible, but since they
are all hand made minor difference can occur. Also

installation, etc, it is very difficult to

Do I need to remove the reinforcement bar?
The removal of the reinforcement bar may be
necessary for the fitment of our aftermarket
products. In some instances the reinforcement bar
may only need to be trimmed down for fitment of
our products.

Do your kits come with hardware and
instructions?
Some of our more common kits come with
instructions and hardware. However, we still
recommend having a professional body shop with
experience in these products to perform
installation.

Is it hard to install these products?
For an experience body man, it is very simple to
install our products. This is not always the case
for body shops that have no experience in
installing after market body kits. Even though you
might feel you have the experience and knowledge
to install it yourself, we do not recommend for
any of our customers to install the products
themselves. Please be advised that our
recommendation is to take it to a professional. If
the body shop is going to charge you anything over
$1000 to paint and install, you are probably
better off finding another source.

What kind of body shop should I have this kit
installed by?
When looking for a body shop to install your kit,
look for one with experience in doing such
installations. A body shop with 30 years
experience in doing collision work but no
experience in aftermarket body kits is not
recommended. It would be better to take the kit to
a body shop with just 2 years in business but
specialize in installing aftermarket body kits.

What if I want to have the products shipped to an
address different from the billing address for my
credit card?
To prevent fraud, we must ship all products to the
billing address of the credit card used. If you
want we can set up an alternates shipping address
by calling our sales department at extension 3.

Do you do Western union?
No, western union is not an option for payment.

Why do you ask for the credit cards customer
service number?
To prevent the use of fraud over the internet, we
need this number to verify all information
provided to us.

I do not have a credit card what other forms of
payment do you accept?
We accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal and company checks, and cash.

What is Duraflex?
Duraflex is a new fiberglass composite that
utilizes a specially made resin for a higher
strength to flex ratio. Duraflex has a high sheen
and high quality black gel coat. Eventually all
parts shipped will be Duraflex but this
transisition phase may take more than 6 months
depending on the part.

Can I request for the Duraflex product?
You may request to be put on the priority list for
Duraflex at an additional charge. The only way to
guarantee Duraflex is to pay for an upgrade.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee when the part
will be available. In fact it may take several
months before the Duraflex product of your choice
becomes available. Even if Duraflex is in stock
there is no garuantee that you will receive a
Duraflex part unless you pay for an upgrade. This
is because all current inventory must be shipped
out first. Shipping of Duraflex parts will not be
guaranteed unless the upgrade fee is charged.

How much does it cost to upgrade?
To upgrade to Duraflex it will cost $200 per kit
or $100 per piece. If the Duraflex part is in
stock then it will be shipped right away.
Otherwise your order will be held indefinitely
until the part becomes available. If you choose to
wait for the part your card will be charged at
time of order. If you interested in an upgrade
please ask tell any of our sales representatives
of your interest at time of order.

Why do I have to prepay to wait for the product?
All prepayments go towards being on the priority
list to guarantee receipt of a Duraflex product.
You may place a normal order to receive one of our
current high quality parts. As we transition in
the Duraflex parts you may recieve all or some of
your orders in Duraflex free of charge. However,
we cannot guarantee that you will receive Duraflex
unless the upgrade fee is paid.

Is it possible to receive Duraflex without paying
the upgrade?
There is a chance that you will receive a Duraflex
part free of charge. Again, the only way to
guarantee a Duraflex part is to pay for the
upgrade until we have fully converted to Duraflex
products.

How come I do not have hardware with my order?
Hardware will be phased-in during the next few
months as it becomes available. If hardware is
available it will be provided free of charge
otherwise there is no guarantee that it will be
included in you order. Eventually hardware will be
included in all kits but there is no current ETA
on regarding when it will be available. Extra
hardware isn’t needed for most applications
because the OEM hardware should suffice. However
in the case that additional hardware is needed it
should available at any local hardware store.

How come I only got Duraflex on a some parts?
As Duraflex is transitioned into the product mix
there will be times when you will be shipped a
Duraflex part free of charge. However you may
receive parts of your order that are not Duraflex
because they have not been transitioned yet. We
are transition new parts in on a piece by piece
basis not kit by kit. This makes it faster for us
to phase in Duraflex and it caters to the majority
of our customers who mix and match kits.

When will all your products be Duraflex?
As thousands of products are being replaced there
is no specific ETA. The best estimate we can give
is 6 months but this varies from product to
product and it may change as numerous variables
fluctuate throughout this process.

Is Duraflex an upgraded line or are all your
products eventually going to be Duraflex?
Eventually all of our products will be Duraflex
however during the transition as we phase out the
current line of products we will be charging an
upgrade for Duraflex. It may take as much as 6
months before the upgrade fee is lifted when most
products are available in Duraflex. There is no
ETA as to when all products will be transitioned
to Duraflex.

Does Duraflex come with an instruction manual?
Duraflex products will eventually come with a
products installation guide. Guides are written
for specific product types (ex. Front bumper, Rear
Bumber, Hood). They are not written for specific
car models.

How come the hardware kit does not work for my
vehicle?
The hardware kit is a universal kit provided as a
supplement to the most common applications. There
will be instances where the hardware is not meant
for the specific vehicle but the hardware kit will
be provided free of charge anyway.
